Michelle - graduated in 1996 from Utah College of Massage Therapy. She has experience working in a spa setting, with chiropractors, with athletes and private practice. Michelle knows the importance in tailoring each massage to each clients specific needs. She continues to set the goal of having each client say at the end of their massage session "that was the best one yet!" She has extensive experience treating clients with chronic pain, TMJ, tight muscles in the back, neck and shoulders, headaches and repetitive use injuries (work, sports). Her massage techniques focus on releasing the tight areas through the use of deep tissue, myofascial release, stretching, swedish, Muscle Release Technique, and ashiatsu oriental bar therapy. Michelle continues to educate herself on a daily basis and is a believer in the importance of regular massage to promote overall wellness.
Gail - graduated in 2005 from Arizona School of Massage Therapy. Her holistic approach to healing in addition to her experience in deep tissue and chronic pain result in a therapist that is unforgettable and in demand! Gail uses deep tissue, trigger point, reflexology, hot stone massage,pregnancy massage, spa techniques, swedish and Muscle Release Technique to help the stressed to relax and the tight muscles to release. She has experience in both high end spas - The Scottsdale Princess Resort, Elizabeth Arden Red Door and Lavenders Day Spa, and private practice. Gail produces results whether it be healing, relaxation or relief. She has a love of the work and a belief that massage is the perfect way to relax, unwind, energize and revitalize. She is comfortable working on those that suffer with chronic pain issues, athletes and those that just want to relax and "zone out" during their massage.
