of chronic soft tissue pain.

Muscle Release Technique
A must for people that have injured muscles through injury or repetitive
use. The muscles over the years of repetitive use will shorten and loose
muscle memory. Muscle tears resulting in scar tissue causing pain. With
the MRT work we work to stretch & release the muscle or muscles
that are causing the pain. Chronic pain such as Plantar Fascitis, Carpel
Tunnel, Should & Neck & Rotator Cuff problems are a few issues that work
great with this work. This work encourages muscle memory & breaks up
scar tissue through stretching, compression & proper breathing
techniques. This allows the muscle to release & new blood to circulate
allowing healing to start. We also encourage our clients to continue
their stretching at home to continue the healing & keeping the muscles

Body Contour & Detox Wrap
If you have been losing weight, working out or
just taking care of your body this wrap is for you!
It's a wonderful natural way of detoxing the body of
UNWANTED cellulite & toxins. This helps to free and
remove trapped waste in connective tissue, eliminating
internal disfiguring deposits and stimulating inch loss.

This is not a water loss but a permanent inch loss. This contours
the body so the muscles will be more defined. We recommend a
series of 3 to 6 sessions to achieve the best results. There should
be 4-7 days between each wrap or 5-10 lbs if on a weight loss
program. Eating the right types of foods, proper exercise
& drinking 8 glasses of water a day are always recommended.
No shower or bath after the wrap. The skin will be hydrated
and refreshed. The creme will continue to work up to 24
